Our history

reactive was founded by a group of property experts who realised that they and many other property owners, managers and tenants, were too often distracted from their core business by attending to minor building repairs, breakdowns and other time consuming problems relating to the upkeep of a property and its grounds. They were also aware from experience that suppliers were so often unreliable, overpriced and exploited customers emergencies – especially out of hours.

Our experience means we understand the needs of our clients, specific to their area of business. Surveyors, residential and corporate managing agents, housing associations, retail and leisure chains, facilities managers, schools, colleges, care homes, estates, and many more are sectors we understand and can help save time and money.
